RCS Steel is proud to present a State of the art Continuous Colour Coating Line situated in Delhi NCR at Bhiwadi Industrial Area. We feel proud to be the first ever Colour Coating Line in the state of Rajasthan. The facility boasts of international standard equipment with maximum capacity of Thickness range from 0.2mm to 1.6mm, Width maximum upto 1500mm, with Superior Edge Protection technology. Production Capacity: 75000 MT PA Expandable to 150000 MΤΡΑ.
Organization is founded by Shri RC Sharmaji who has more than 40 years of rich experience in manufacturing of Coated products and has worked in leading steel companies of India. After his retirement he wanted to give respectable job to the youth in the region. To fulfill this endeavor he put up a facility of Steel Service Centre and Pickling line to manufacture and process HRPO coils. Today, we are proud that company has around 100 employees in its team which serves our esteemed customers like Tata Steel, JBM Group, Meneta Automotive and major Maruti Suzuki and auto ancillaries.
With the new Colour Coating Line the company is looking forward to continue its positive journey engaging with respectable stakeholders in our steel industry
